He was preceded in death by his father Leo Lafoon Sr. He is survived by his mother Margaret Ann Sharum Lafoon of Fort Smith, AR., his brother Leo Lafoon Jr. of Barling, AR. and one nephew Travis Leo Lafoon of Fort Smith, AR. Rosary will be at 7:00 p.m. Friday, March 23, 2012 at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, AR. Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March, 24, 2012 at The Scared Heart of Mary Church in Barling, AR. with interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Barling, AR. Pallbearers will be Larry Sharum, Frank Sharum, Sammy Wald, John Cardin, John Howard and Art Crumby. Arrangements are under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, AR.
