Gary Lynn Salter, 59, of Greenwood, died June 6, 2016 in Pocola. He was born September 19, 1956 in Church Point, LA to Francis Ted and Joann Oliver Salter. He was a financial advisor, a member of the Razorback Foundation and loved playing golf.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela Salter of Greenwood; one daughter, Shanna Salter-Vanrachack of Bedford, TX; one son, Gary Lynn Salter, Jr of Bedford, TX; mother, Joann Salter of Lenexa, KS; one sister, Renee Weaver of Lenexa, KS, and three grandchildren.
A Celebration of his Life will be held Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 6:00 PM at the Pavilion at Ben Geren Park of Fort Smith. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
