Funeral services for Patricia Ann ECHOLS, 42, of Sallisaw were held at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Fort Smith, Ark. Rosary was held at 6 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Fentress Mortuary in Fort Smith. Mrs. ECHOLS died Monday, April 5, 1999, in a local hospital. Survivors include one daughter, Sara Jane; two sons, Tom and Aubrey; her mother, Lois; and one sister, Kathy. Cremation followed the funeral service, also under the direction of Fentress Mortuary.
